The EPA has a website that estimates the percentages of different sources of energy used by different regions. If you plug in Memphis' area code you get the following graph:

At 1% we’re (for now) lower than the national average for non-Hydro renewables, and we’re a little above average for CO2 emissions.

If you have your own energy bills, the site will also let you figure out exactly how much CO2 you emit. The average residential use is 17,600 pounds per year!
