Great job! I haven't gone through your code, I have one question so far, how long did it take from the inital status to the gully fully formed and is the time a input of your model? Jianchen

Yes in my code time is one of the major input. I'm using gully initiation time of 0.3 hrs at present and it will run 16 times in a loop. --Ekta2 12:49, 14 Dec 2005 (CST)

Dneilans I would like to see some DEM's loaded into your model and run. I think that may yield an output very similar to those we see in natural occurance. Looks Great!!

Wow! great program! You may have answered this already but do your gullies initialize randomnly or is there a predetermined start point? Chuck

I really like the visual images, and Im going to go with Dan on this one because I think it would be very intresting to see this program work on some real world terrain. Great Job Brad

Jeremy Ekta, you and Dan have the greatest codes on here, you make mine look like a three year old took some crayons and wrote on the screen! Is this going to be used on the Indian Mound Gully?

Krista Great Job Ekta!! And congrats on being the first one finished. I agree with Dan. I know DEMs can be very difficult to work with but using a real surface area may yeild some interesting results. PS Thanks for all the help with my project!

I've uploaded some animated gif's showing the model run for 40 timesteps Image:Ekta_final_proj_A_4cif.gif Notice the kinematic waves of erosion that go up the gullies. Lurbano
