Gas-KE Model Instructions
From GeoMod
Model showing atoms of a gas confined to a box. Atoms interact with hard body collisions and the temperature and thus the kinetic energy (KE) in the box is controlled by a slider.
The KE of each atom is related to its color to demonstrate the effect of temperature on wavelength of radiation. Faster/higher energy atoms are blue, slower atoms are red, and the slowest atoms fade to black.

Users Guide: Model controls
- Temperature slider - changes the average temperature in the box. As a result the atoms slow down (or speed up) and their colors change.
