Talk:Project Summary
From GeoMod
The project is very interesting! Jianchen
Have you thought of the fact that some chemical concentrations can come from the rocks themselves within the river system (ex. Si, Ca, CO3)? Or are you not using those specific chemicals that are in the river channel sediments to analyze your data? Maybe the river and aquifer lithology is very different that it makes no difference. I am not familiar with that area but it's just a few things to think about if you haven't already. It's a very indepth description and written very well! Kstevens
Dan, wow, is this part of your thesis also? jbateman
You explained your project so nicely. Infact i think you had very clear idea for what you will do and how you approach to your problem. I's also about to ask same thing as Krista has written regarding chemical concentration of rocks in river. So i think you should re-consider some of the parameters in your problem. All the best for your project. --Ekta2 16:03, 4 Oct 2005 (CDT)
I'm impressed by the way the full proposal has been presented. The proposal is really indicative of the great project coming up! Best wishes. Mmihir
Have you figured out how to get the DEM into your model. It seems like that might be a problem for everyone.Rodney

This looks alot like the project you are doing for aqueous geochem, It will be intresting to see how you incorporate both of them. I will be working on the groundwater influences along a river so we should see if there is a way to combine these projects.Brad
Given memphis meteorological madness in the winter Summertime sampling might be more accurate or do weekly temp changes average out? chuck
