As a demonstration for a landforms lab, could there be a program showing how an oxbow is formed?

Also, are there any programs which could show the effects of erosion at shorelines? Within this program, could there be a model which shows both the erosion and wave movements against the shore?

In addition, if these models or a variation was to be considered, could these models be interactive?
